In 2005, the Farm re-established thier flock of free-range, laying chickens. This provides them with several exciting opportunities: selling organic, farm-fresh eggs; conducting research into the potential role that laying chickens can play in a sustainable agroecosystem; providing education to farm visitors and school groups about the role and importance of chickens in our food system.
