A new town is being built on the south side of the UBC campus, adjacent to the Farm.
It is going to have upscale condos, market housing, shops, restaurants and even a school.
The land where the farm is located is zoned for academic/housing, so there is a real fear
that it may be lost. There is work to be done to prevent that.
