A new condo tower going up on Pender Street. Because of all the Olympic traffic only lanes,
there is no stopping, no parking along Pander. Because cement trucks and other suppliers
can't use the curb lanes, all construction downtown has come to a halt.
At least these guys are cheering on the team.
