On the west side of the park, there were more trees blown down during the windstorms of '06 - '07.
When I left for Bangkok on Dec 15 '06, there was storm #1.
When I retured on January 8, '07, there was storm #14.
There were 30,000 trees destroyed in Stanley Park alone.
